RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Able to articulate the main functions and features of the PEGA platform to clients, partners and team members with a continuous focus on Customer Success.

2. Active participation during requirements gathering sessions, ideation workshops, the design phase, and the overall construction effort.

3. Able to assist with planning, review and artifact generations to support all test cycles including but not limited to: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, Penetration Testing.

4. Assist Business Architects with various documentation and artifact generation needed, including but not limited to: User Stories, Test Evidence, Mockup, Presentation Slides.

5. Responsible for the overall design and development of business processes, application features and support functions based on known business requirements using PEGA platform and its proven development methodology and best practice.

6. Complete deliverables on time and within budget and to provide proactive updates to your direct team leads.

7. Able to pass the certification of Certified System Architect (CSA) within 12 months of joining.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor Degree (BS) in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent, graduated with minimum 2.5 GPA/IPK, or have completed Programming / Coding Course from respectable training academies.

2. Fluency in English both oral and written is mandatory (Possession of the latest TOEFL / IELTS / TOEIC is a plus).

3. 0-2 years of experience working in the field is preferable.

4. Good communication, problem solving, algorithm, and interpersonal skills.

5. Exposure to other non-PEGA technology (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Database, SQL) is mandatory.

6. Exposure to all phases of the software development delivery lifecycle such as requirement gathering, design, build, testing and go-live is preferred but not mandatory.

7. Exposure to SCRUM / AGILE delivery methodology.
